In Spain, creative freedom is being called into question. Alberto González Pulido will address this topic in a presentation formatted as a participatory panel. Discussion will center on the state of creation, intellectual property, and freedom of information in Spain, with analysis of the most high-profile censorship cases of recent years, and a focus on new European regulations that are sure to generate controversy in the near future.

Alberto González Pulido is a legal advisor and intellectual property consultant, cultural administrator, gallery assistant and executive member of the Asociación Islas Canarias Artistas Visuales (Canary Islands Visual Artists Association – AICAV)
